The most recent 12 run comeback was on Aug 5, 2001, when the Indians were trailing 2-14 in the bottom of the 7th inning against the Seattle Mariners on Aug 5, 2001, and came back and won the game 15-14.

More recently, the Milwaukee Brewers have the biggest 9th inning comeback win since the year 2000, winning a game 10-9 against the Houston Astros on May 22, 2000 after having been down 2-9 in the bottom of the 9th inning.
